PCI flex cable for SG30

I have been looking for a pci flex riser cable. The one I found hits on the right side a high condensator so it does not fit. Anyone know where I can find one for the left hand side of the pci slot?

Why does the system not boot if the board with the NIC is not in place?

This makes booting with a graphic pci adapter a real ordeal. Any other hints to boot the system with an other operating system on it? I would like to try collax on it and possibly Windows Home server even.
