This is a really basic question about installing Webmin, but where exactly do you download the webmin file to? I have tried all sorts of permutations but havent't been able to get the install to run.
Thanks.

I downloaded webmin to my windows desktop, then used FTP to put the file on the Magnia.
By default, FTP connections as "root" start you in the "/root" directory. The same is true for telnet after you "-su" to "root".
(the passwords for both options is your Magnia Administrator default password)
So after you FTP the file, and connect with telnet, you can "ls" (list - kind of like "dir" in dos) and see the webmin file. You are now ready to issue the command to install webmin.
You COULD just use telnet, and tell the MAGNIA to FTP the file, but having FTP accessability makes life easier. This is why my instructions are step-by-step. Each article has a number in front of it because PHP NUKE (this site) posts articles by date submitted.
